商务交谈中如何礼貌地打断别人的话:

1. Sorry to interrupt you, but will you first let us know your idea of                                      annual sales?
2. May I interrupt you a moment?
3. Excuse me for interrupting you. I hope you will explain yourself in more detail.
4. If you don't mind, may I say one word here?
5. Just a moment, please. Allow me to say something here. 


商务交谈中征求别人的建议句型:

1. What do you think of it?
2. What’s your opinion on this matter?
3. Please tell me frankly your opinion.

4. How do you see things like this?

5. We’d like you to give us your suggestions.

6. How do you like changing the color to light blue?
7. What do you say to (making) transshipment at Hong Kong?
8. How would you like it to be?
9. Do you agree to this change? I'd like to hear your opinion about it.
10. We are old friends. Please don't hesitate to speak out your mind.
11. Will you let me know your comments on our new design?
12. Your comments and criticisms are always welcome.
13. We welcome all sorts of critic

 

商务谈判中如何回避明确地答复:

1I'm afraid I can't give you a definite reply now.

2I can't make a decision right now.

3I just need some time to think it over.

4We are still a little unsure about the prospect, though.

5There are certain points that I'll have to consider very carefully.

6That may well be so. I'm not sure.

7It all depends.

 

商务谈判中如何请求对方重复或解释

1.    Will you repeat it, please?

2. Would you mind saying it again?
3. I beg your pardon?
4. I’m sorry I didn't catch your meaning. Will you say it again?
5. I don't understand what you say.
6. I’m sorry I don't follow you.
7. Will you speak a little more slowly?
8. Will you slow down a bit? I can't follow you.
9. Will you explain what you mean?
10. Could you be more specific?

 

商务谈判时如何表达自己的意见

1. I see what you mean.

2. That’s a good idea.

3. I agree with you.
4. We accept your proposal, on the condition that you order 20,000 units.
5. I don't think that's a good idea.
6. Frankly, we can't agree with your proposal.

7. We’re not prepared to accept your proposal at this time.
8. To be quite honest, we don't believe this product will sell very well in China.
9. No, I'm afraid you misunderstood me. What I was trying to say was.....

10. Oh, I'm sorry, I misunderstood you. Then I go along with you.
